This Cookie Policy explains how Hublytix uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: the cookies we need to keep you signed in and the app secure are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them on the cookie banner — until then, and if you choose “Essential only”, none are set at all.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. “Strictly necessary” cookies are required for a site to function (for example, to remember that you are logged in). Other categories — such as analytics or advertising cookies — are optional and require your consent under laws like the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules.

_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics. Tells us how the product is used — which pages people reach, where they stop — so we can improve it. Set only after you accept. | Analytics |

Nothing in the analytics or advertising rows is set until you accept on the cookie banner. Before you answer it, and permanently if you choose “Essential only”, Google’s tags run in a mode that stores nothing on your device: no identifier is written and no cross-site profile is built. Factors.ai has no such mode, so we do not load it at all — its script never reaches your browser unless you accept. We do not sell your data, and we do not use these cookies to target you anywhere other than deciding which of our own adverts are worth paying for.
3. Your choices
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies today, the Service cannot function without them, and they do not require consent. You can still block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the app (such as staying signed in) may not work.
If we introduce optional cookies in future, you will be able to accept or decline them via the banner, and to change your choice at any time.
4. Changes
We will update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes, and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
